Therapy is about listening to a voice deep within yourself. A voice that you might not have heard for … who knows how long? A voice that has been muffled because of all of those things in the world, and the sadness or anxiety that you’re feeling inside. Other people don’t always know how much you’re carrying on your shoulders, and what you've been through. It takes a lot to just get through each day. So you’ve lost touch with that voice inside, and with the person it belongs to. Therapy is about finding your way home to you. It is about remembering and being just who you are, where you need to be, at this moment in time. As an integrative and person-centered therapist, I tailor my approach specifically to you and your unique experiences.
