About

The most important element of therapy is the relationship between the therapist and client. Healing happens when trust is built and clients feel comfortable being themselves without fear of judgement. I work hard to get to know my clients and base my approach on what works best for each one. A successful therapist is an adaptable therapist. Successful therapy happens when clients feel fully seen, heard, and understood.

I provide individual counseling to adults and specialize in treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and ADHD. I work with clients seeking help for a variety of issues like grief and loss, divorce, life transitions, caring for family members with severe mental illness, difficulties in relationships, self-esteem issues, spirituality, and more.

I am excited to work with any client that is a good match, but if you choose to work with another therapist, please know that I am rooting for you, where ever you land. Take care, and I hope to talk with you soon!
