About

I work with individuals who are struggling with a range of difficulties. Whether you are facing a crisis, struggling with anxiety, depression, self-image problems, loss or trauma, or are feeling dissatisfied in your relationships, academics, or work, therapy can be a place for relief and growth. Together, we’ll formulate goals for treatment by identifying your stressors, painful patterns of thinking or feeling, and other problems areas that are holding you back or impeding your sense of happiness and satisfaction. We’ll also attend to your past experiences and examine their role in your current difficulties.

I pride myself on my warm, accepting demeanor, and strive to create a flexible, collaborative atmosphere that will help you better understand the difficulties you’re experiencing and incorporate solutions for meaningful, lasting change by developing new skills and gaining the freedom to make more intentional decisions about who you want to be.

I utilize an integrative approach grounded in cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic frameworks aimed at reducing your suffering, identifying and building your strengths, fostering resilience, and encouraging self-reflection. I tailor my approach to meet the needs of each unique client and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and orientations.
