I help women through trying to conceive, infertility issues, grief and loss, adoption, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Becoming a mother does not always go as expected, and parenting little humans can bring up a lot of big feelings. I am certified in perinatal mental health with specific training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, like postpartum (PP) depression, PP anxiety and PP OCD. I understand the unique experience of taking on this new role while still trying to maintain your own identity. I am here to support you throughout your journey of becoming a parent so that you can be the best version of yourself possible. I am a trauma-informed therapist, certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I am informed in Internal Family Systems therapy. I am also trained in CBT and mindfulness techniques. Becoming a parent can be traumatic and/or bring up past unresolved traumas. I have the tools to help you overcome the obstacles bringing you to therapy. Starting therapy can be scary and intimidating. I want to offer you a safe, comfortable space where you can show up exactly as you are. I also find laughter to be helpful and therapeutic in and of itself, and I love laughing with my clients. If you think we could be a good fit, please reach out.
