About

When life becomes overwhelming, sometimes we're left feeling alone and adrift. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where my clients can feel heard, understood, and accepted. Through our time together, my clients are able to find their footing and feel on solid ground again. From addressing school/job related stress to navigating symptoms of trauma and anxiety, it is a privilege to walk alongside my clients in their healing journey.

I work with ages 5-65, though I especially enjoy working with children to young adults. I have experience working with clients who have survived abuse and other forms of trauma. I have also worked with clients to address a range of challenges including interpersonal conflict and poor communication, low self-esteem, mood regulation, anxiety, and depression.

I have received training in trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy, play therapy, and other experiential techniques. Through traditional talk therapy and a combination of different interventions, I tailor each client's experience to best meet their unique needs. If you feel ready to begin/continue your healing journey please reach out (email preferable).
