My goal is to help clients uncover their most authentic self by exploring how change, growth, and insight can lead to better relationships both within and with others. I utilize systems theory and an integrative approach to help others achieve their goals and overall emotional well-being. I believe people have the inherent ability to embrace strengths from within to effect change and manage life transitions. I am passionate about providing a safe and supportive environment for clients and empowering them on their journey towards healing. I work with adolescent and adult individuals, couples, and families. I am also a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist with experience in assessment and treatment of eating disorders and body image issues in various levels of care. I am a passionate advocate for anti-diet and weight-inclusive practices. With my couples, I use an Emotion-Focused framework. I am an affirmative and non-judgmental therapist and I welcome diversity including all body sizes, abilities, races, sexualities, genders, religions and political values. Reaching out for support takes strength and resilience and it would be a privilege to join with you on this therapeutic journey.
