I am here to help you embrace your authenticity and find liberation from stories, patterns, habits and ways of being that don’t fit who you want to be. I believe that there is always a good reason that certain ways of relating first developed AND those patterns can have costs that can be painful. My work balances providing education and strategies, with noticing and practicing different ways of relating to yourself, your feelings and others. I particularly enjoy working with parents, pregnant people, young adults, and people in helping professions. I bring a warm and curious approach to collaborating with you to feeling more mindful and connected so you have more choices. I work relationally using my training in psychodynamic therapy, attachment, trauma, and experiential therapy. I am attentive to social identity and the ways in which the larger cultural landscape informs our experience. I studied Child Development at Tufts University, attended Smith College School for Social Work and graduated Massachusetts Institute of Psychoanalysis Fellowship. I use she/her pronouns. Email is preferred for initial contact. Please reach out to schedule a 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
