I am part of a group practice that's primary focus is on supporting client's with eating disorders, mood issues, trauma, women's health, and identity exploration. I practice from a client-centered treatment approach, one that is both deeply rooted in compassion, autonomy, and social justice. My goal for clients is to help clients to feel more connected with their emotions, their bodies, and themselves - in turning, allowing them to live more presently in their lives. As a certified eating disorder specialist, I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and other related issues. I also have experience supporting clients that are part of the LGBTQ+ community and am passionate about providing affirming care. I deeply value collaboration in the therapeutic process, as it is key in providing quality care. It's normal to feel apprehension when reaching out for therapy. Asking for help can be hard and it can also feel isolating to deal with struggles alone. My hope is that through the therapeutic relationship, connection can help clients be able to embrace their true authentic self, honor their bodies, and live in alignment with their values.
