They aren’t naturally equipped with the tools to self-regulate and so we need to be there for them when they need help navigating through these intense emotions. If not, they become dysregulated adults with more issues”. Her personal goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, supportive, and confidential environment that also honors each client’s unique developmental level. She values working collaboratively with her clients to help navigate and explore their emotions, set goals for themselves, and resolve a broad range of issues.
