I believe that it is my role to act as a guide and facilitator to assist you in reaching your own answers that are authentic to you as an individual. Together we will explore your questions and/or concerns, come up with reachable therapeutic goals, and work as a team to achieve these goals. I utilize both verbal and non-verbal techniques in my practice. My approach is eclectic and these techniques are individualized based your needs and preferences.
