About

You may be struggling with the overwhelm and overstimulation in the world today impacting your individual relationships and self-regulation. My goal is to work collaboratively through personal/relational issues towards your own growth and work/life balance. Having Substance use and Psychoeducational Rehabilitation, Child Protection Services, Mitigation Services, Judicial Criminal and Family Court, School Social Work and Individual Counseling experience since 1996, I am familiar with the wide range of circumstances we face in life.

I am a licensed mental health social worker and a registered yoga teacher actively teaching from a trauma-conscious lens and focus. Integrating neuro-somatic intelligence, practices, and a blend of modalities when called for.

I would love to support you in your process of client-centered self-discovery, supported transformation, and functional regulation through modalities that are compassion-focused, culturally responsive/affirming, strength-based, and holistically integrative.
