About

I offer mental health treatment for women of all ages and backgrounds addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. I provide therapy to women throughout their reproductive journey, postpartum women, and mothers including those struggling to become pregnant, dealing with infertility, or issues related to pregnancy in general. Perinatal mental health starts with family planning to the postpartum period and beyond.

I have specialized training in perinatal mental health including Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Pregnancy and Infant Loss, Infertility, Birth Trauma, Family Planning, and Parenting. We will work together to gain a better understanding of your emotions, circumstances, and struggles. I am certified in perinatal mental health.

I understand you, we may have different experiences, but I see you and I am here for you. I get it. Being a mother is an intense and emotional experience and for many women, it is one of their greatest joys, but may also bring up feelings like fear, anxiety, frustration, anger/rage, have scary thoughts, and sadness simultaneously.
