During sessions my focus is on hearing and understanding your perspective. Once the therapeutic alliance is built, we can figure out what your goals are and develop ways to meet those goals. For example, if you are experiencing intense rage, developing calming techniques through Dialectical Behavior Therapy may help you manage that experience. I am currently accepting new clients on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Our cozy office at Thunderbolt Counseling will help you feel comfortable with a cat and a small dog in the office.
