About

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) since 2008, graduating from Boston College. I'm currently providing outpatient therapy through teletherapy, serving Massachusetts, New Hampshire & Vermont residents. I am open to seeing children 8 years or older as well as adults of all ages. I have experience working with a wide range of diagnoses, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, ADHD, learning disabilities, trauma, bipolar, schizophrenia & have experience working with those affected by someone else’s drug addiction. I'm a LGBTQ allied therapist.

I use strength based and person centered therapy approaches, as well as teaching mindfulness, meditation, coping skills, and relaxation skills. I try to be flexible and meet my clients where they are at. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Focused CBT.

Please feel free to reach out to me. I would be more than happy to set up a free consultation to see if I might be a good fit for you.
