About

My approach to therapy starts with creating a safe and supportive space where we can build a strong connection. For many of your challenges, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand and change your thought patterns. When it comes to family conflict, parenting, and self-esteem, I draw from Arbinger and Adlerian philosophies to improve relationships and foster personal growth. For self-harming and stress, we’ll work together to develop effective coping strategies and restore balance in your life. My goal is to support you in finding self-love, connection, and practical solutions to enhance your well-being.

I’ve spent the last two years working in experiential therapy with teens and parents. It is beautiful to see the growth that happens when individuals are able to look inward and build themselves up through Walking Forward, instead of backward. I’ve also been amazed at how families can turn their hearts to each other and change.

Let’s work together to uncover the best parts of yourself. We all have greatness in us, and my life’s work has been helping others to find it again. Don’t hesitate to take care of yourself and get the support that you need. You matter.
