I can offer you, as my client, a safe, calm, and respectful environment where you can tell your story and be heard. Together we can set up goals for your treatment and work towards healing for your mind and body. My experience and focus is on counseling clients who have issues related to: trauma, PTSD, grief, anxiety, depression, drug and alcohol addiction, toxic work environment, domestic abuse, life transitioning due to aging, relationship and women's issues. My trauma based counseling includes: Person Centered, CBT, Mindfulness, Meditation and EMDR therapy. I have experience with Veterans, Domestic Violence Survivors, etc. regarding their PTSD and trauma related issues. I offer grief counseling for the loss of a loved one, including the loss of a beloved pet. I am collaborative and supportive in my approach. You are not alone in your desire to heal your mind and body. Together we can decide on a therapy plan customized just for you. I am available weekdays and some evenings by appointment.
