Welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker with more than 20 years of experience. I am able to see clients who live in NY and FL. I work with individuals experiencing grief and loss, death and dying, infertility, and life transitions. Given these challenges, my clients are frequently depressed, anxious, and overwhelmed by the complexity of their circumstances and emotions. I help people grieve, build resilience, and navigate a new chapter. I am also well versed in caregiver strain and can provide guidance on a variety of stressors related to caregiving. As a therapist, I am non-judgemental, personable, and an empathetic listener. I employ evidence based approaches, including interventions based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Prolonged Grief Therapy. I genuinely care about my client’s well being and success. I offer teletherapy (Zoom) at days and times that are convenient for you.
