Life is full of complicated and emotional moments. I can be a support in your journey to listen and reflect insight along the way. Using a nonjudgmental collaborative approach to exploring the root of your anxiety, depression, self doubt, self blame, relationship struggles, or insecurities we can identify your emotional needs. Working together I provide room for you to move from being stuck in your thoughts, behavior or life towards clarity and confidence in making a change. I have worked with people experiencing vulnerability, unhealthy relationships, emotional eating, family conflict, loss, childhood trauma, and more. If you decide to work with me I can help guide you towards your personal, life, and relationship goals and to gain insight into yourself and your relationships. I am flexible in the treatment models I draw from including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational interviewing as well as trauma training and attachment training. I specialize in working with helpers including nurses, teachers, and therapists.
