My passion is working with children and families. I have experience working in the school system with children who present with anxiety, mood disorders, neurodivergence, and a variety of personal or family conflicts. I love working with children to understand the reason behind their behaviors and experiences and work with them to identify alternative ways of expressing their needs. When a child is experiencing emotional distress or conflict, it is important that we understand and adapt to their world rather than forcing them to fit into ours. I work closely with families to create a supportive network for children to help them feel understood and safe as they explore different ways to express and manage their emotions If you and your child are looking for support in navigating systems that do not feel designed for them, please reach out to me. I am honored to be part of this journey with you and your family as we work together to build up a team of support in order to give your child their best chance at embracing who they are in this world.
