My therapeutic style is mostly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through the lenses of family dynamics. Reinforcing your strengths and teaching you how to manage your daily struggles is one of my first goals, as well as helping you see how negative patterns of thinking can lead to problematic behaviors. I also believe in working in a holistic way, helping you integrate body, mind, and soul to create the life you want. I love comedy and spending time in nature, hiking, and biking, especially when shared with my favorite people-my husband and children. I am regularly humbled as I navigate through the constant transitions in life and remind myself to be present for the little things, even in the midst of chaos.
