About

I work with people with all levels of abilities, from entrepreneurs, business professionals and owners to people with various disabilities and their families. I believe positive change, big and small, is possible within the difficulties present in our lives. I like to work collaboratively with each client, creating safe spaces to explore strengths, challenges, needs and opportunities for healing, personal growth, and change. As a values-based practitioner, I believe that incorporating safety, respect, unconditional regard, competency, and compassion are essential components in creating trusted therapeutic relationships.

Currently, I am a Master of Social Work professional working as a Tele-Mental Health Clinician with Pathways To Connection. In addition to my education, I have several years of personal experience working with grief and loss, developmental trauma, anxiety, depression, and complex life transitions while providing professional consultation to businesses.

My combined education and personal experience provide me with both the compassionate understanding and clinical skills to help my clients productively move through various life challenges. I also receive excellent on-going support, guidance, training, and supervision from my workplace agency ensuring my clients receive appropriate therapeutic services.
