I am Sara Pulliam, a board-certified licensed psychologist, who provides cognitive-behavioral therapy to adult patients. My therapeutic framework is a short-term solution-focused approach that teaches clients skills that will help them address their challenges and reach their goals. I typically use cognitive behavioral therapy, which focuses on people's thoughts and behaviors and how they may be influencing their mood and day-to-day functioning. This therapy approach has been proven to be effective for many clients in improving life balance and overall well-being. I like to provide a safe, non-judgmental, relaxed, and warm environment for clients to share openly about their current challenges. I am able to meet the clients where they are at and provide the level of direction and expertise that they are interested in receiving. I have always wanted to be a therapist since I discovered how much I like to help people to achieve their goals. I enjoy partnering with clients to be successful in a potentially difficult time in their lives and witnessing their success in developing skills to navigate their life journey.
