Therapists » Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
Welcome to a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your relationship with yourself and your body. There are unique challenges that come with unprocessed trauma, grief, body image, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. My approach is focused on helping adolescents and adults navigate these complex issues, uncovering the underlying beliefs that hold you back, and providing support through even the most difficult times. Working together, we can gently explore your story and uncover the patterns that may be holding you back. I create a nonjudgmental, collaborative space where you can openly share and be heard. Using a blend of behavioral and cognitive therapies, my goal is to support you in rebuilding a sense of peace and stability. If you identify with any of these challenges, I am here to help you find your own individualized path. I look forward to walking alongside you as you grow into a more empowered, grounded version of yourself.
