Relationships can be our deepest source of pain and have the potential to provide a powerful source for healing brokenness. Couples and families can build better tools to effectively communicate, understand and resolve long term frustrations. We can work together to identify and apply solutions, finding ways to overcome obstacles to achieve more of what you want. Individuals struggling with depression and/or anxiety can discover ways to experience more hope and freedom from symptoms.
I am a marriage and family specialist, with Gottman level 2 certification. Symbis and PrepareEnrich certified for premarital counseling. Additionally, I am a seminary trained pastor with 20+ years working with youth and families. I have a particular interest in step-families, individuals/couples in ministry leadership and those affected by betrayal.
