It is hard to know when to seek help and where to find it. I offer one free consult session to help you figure it out. I work with adults, early career professionals, and college age students struggling with family, social, relationship, and identity stressors, as well as trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also enjoy partnering with families to help children and teens to address depression and anxiety. I frequently work with clients person who have a co-morbid ADHD or Autism. When appropriate, I can offer short term targeted treatments for anxiety and executive functioning goals. Resilience is at the core of my work. I utilize AEDP with mindfulness and somatic work. I also integrate DBT and CBT skills as needed. As a skilled diagnostic evaluator, I can often offer clarification in addition to treatment. For younger clients, I offer family work and parenting support. I am LGBT-Q friendly and experienced in neurodiversity. I see clients in person and via telemed. My goal is to be a partner and guide. After ten years in the field, I love my work because every individual is their own ecosystem with a unique neurological wiring. My treatment follows research recommendations for best practice. I personally find playfulness and humor important.
