About

I love this work- getting to support and celebrate clients as we explore and uncover next steps in their walk towards goals and healing. I have a passion for working with teens, young adults, and women who are facing the impacts of trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, loneliness, challenging relationships, difficulty adjusting to life’s circumstances, or struggling to feel like themselves. Ultimately, I believe this counseling process helps clients uncover and connect with the person they were always created to be; a unique and treasured presence.

During the counseling process, we practice engaging with our whole person- body, mind, heart, and spirit, to help form a secure sense of self and heal from trauma. When the weather is pleasant, I also offer walk and talk nature therapy for those who enjoy this additional movement and connection with nature in their therapy journey.

I believe counseling can be a precious gift to ourselves and to the world we do life with. Through my own ongoing counseling journey, I also recognize the courage it takes to even begin the process of choosing a counselor. Just know, I’d consider it such an honor to be invited into your life.
