I have always known that I was destined to be in the helping field. I have my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Prior to going to graduate school, I worked in the field of behavioral analysis. I decided to go to graduate school to learn more about mental health and human behavior. I went to the University of Southern California and obtained my Master of Social Work. I love what I do and love when I am able to connect with clients and guide them to explore different sides of themselves and become the person they want to be. I genuinely believe we are all capable of changing the world if we start with helping one person at a time. I believe in meeting my clients where they are. Whether you are absolutely ready for change or looking to explore what changes are right for you, I am willing and happy to engage in therapy with you. Ideally, a client will know what they want to work on, however, I am more than happy to explore that with a client as well. I believe in treating everyone with respect, empathy, and compassion. It is important to me that therapy is tailored for each individual and that you are able to have a say in your own treatment planning. It takes courage to make changes in your life and I am here to support and empower you in your journey.
