About

Has anxiety, depression, relational struggles, and loneliness been plaguing you or perhaps your child or adolescent? These struggles are everywhere, but where are the solutions found? I believe that I can help you take steps toward the solution through learning about your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how each is interconnected and impacting your mental health! I have a passion to work with teens and children who are struggling to find a voice to express what is going on inside. My services are not limited to children, as I am also passionate about helping adults give a voice to their inner struggle.

I am passionate about helping teens, children, and adults understand their brains, feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, giving a safe space to process, and equipping them with tools to combat and conquer. I also enjoy teaching on attachment and neuroscience and how knowing yourself and how you relate to others can be a guide towards healing in relationships.

My first priority is to provide a safe space for you, where you can feel comfortable to be yourself. Trust is the first step in building connection and I understand it can take time to build trust when we are diving into some of life’s most sensitive struggles. My goal is to walk along side you during this journey and help you realize you are not alone.
