About

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience working with children to older adults, I have had the honor of seeing the power of human connection and supporting people in various walks of life. Currently, I work with young adults, adults and some couples on issues such as fertility, mood and anxiety disorders (including those during the perinatal period). I also work with adults struggling with self esteem, body image and adjustment issues (new parents and students leaving or returning from college).

I offer a person-centered and humanistic approach and will support you with defining and making desired changes in your life. I strive to create an environment of unconditional positive regard and trust with my clients so that they feel empowered and capable.

The need to talk to someone is a natural part of the human experience. I deeply respect the courage it takes to do that and welcome you to reach out to me so we can start to define what you are looking for.
