About

With the unique perspective of my clinical training as a therapist working with individuals in high pressure performance environments and as a former D1 athlete, I know the unique stressors that athletes face as well as what it takes to achieve while also maintaining overall well-being. I offer mental strength training for collegiate and elite athletes and teams who may be struggling with issues including, but not limited to, injuries, confidence, performing under pressure, fear of failure, stress management, team cohesion, and perfectionism.

Mental skills training focuses on tangible tools like goal setting, concentration, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, cognitive restructuring, effective self-talk, and imagery to support overall well-being and performance optimization. I work with individual athletes and teams virtually or in person at their arena.

We spend significant amounts of time training our bodies for performance without recognizing the need to do the same for our minds. This will be a space where you can come to feel more equipped and empowered to handle the pressures of performance and life through the use of practical, evidence-based mental skills.
