Life can be beautiful. It can also be painful, confusing, overwhelming, and painful. I believe that counseling helps us to explore our thoughts and feelings with someone else - to understand ourselves better and grow in the process. This growth can promote self-compassion, self-acceptance, and self-love. Some of my experience centers on working with those who are experiencing depression, anxiety, loss, body-related issues, low self-image, and issues surrounding sex. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Idaho State University. Whatever you are experiencing or wherever you are in life - I offer empathy and a safe space to be yourself while we work together towards healing.
