Experience: As a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri, I've worked with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, grief, loss, and life transitions. I'm also trained in helping with addictions, substance abuse, and at risk adolescents. As well as experience working with adults suffering severe mental illness. Counseling Philosophy: It is my job to assist my clients in identifying their copying skills and finding solutions in order to create an ideal treatment program to meet their individual needs by using eclectic therapy, a therapeutic approach that incorporates a variety of beneficial principles and philosophies.
