Feeling lost? Craving change? In the midst of a difficult transition? My practice is focused on helping you thrive as you navigate these challenges. Using a compassionate, evidence-based approach, I will help you make meaningful changes, and I consider it an honor to be a part of that journey. Other areas of specialty include generalized anxiety, panic attacks, health-anxiety, eco-anxiety, relationship and occupational stress, health behavior changes, and adjustment to injury and acute or chronic health conditions. I also have an interest in using psychological strategies to optimize occupational and/or athletic performance.

I believe that a warm, supportive, and safe environment combined with empathic understanding and honest feedback can create a powerful therapeutic connection that helps to facilitate change. My approach is primarily rooted in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP).
