Everyone struggles sometimes, but there are times when we need help to get through those struggles and therapy is a really good way to do just that! Some of the struggles that people come to talk to me about include procrastination, lack of motivation, worry, and difficulty enjoying life in general. If you find that things just don’t seem to be working out the way they “used to” or maybe you’ve just never quite gotten the hang of things, let’s see if we can’t figure out what’s going on and discuss how to get your life going in a different direction. I specialize in adult ADD/ADHD issues including time management, focus, organization, and efficiency. However, I work with adults on a variety of other issues that get in the way of living a happy, fulfilling life. Together we can help you create and achieve new goals. I know it can feel intimidating sometimes to talk to a stranger, or maybe you think your problems aren’t big enough to warrant therapy, but it’s okay to ask for help. Approx. 70% of therapy working is whether you connect with your therapist. So even if you’ve tried before and it didn’t fit, that’s okay, sometimes you have to try again with someone else.
