I am a Polyvagal informed, licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in an individual practice. I have over 20 years of social work experience in a variety of settings. I currently provide support to adolescents, adults and older adults. I primarily work with individuals but provide relational support from an interpersonal perspective. Areas of focus within my practice are: anxiety, depression, grief, family/relational conflict and communication strategies. I most frequently access a mindfulness-based approach. I have specialized training in mindfulness practices and strategies. Most recently I have completed extensive training in Polyvagal Therapy. I also often provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which is documented to be highly effective in managing symptoms of anxiety and depression, in addition to other behavioral health needs. I look forward to connecting with you to determine if my approach will be a good match for your individual goals and needs.
