Hello there, my name is Sara Dabney, dual licensed in the state of Florida for Clinical Social Work and Massage Therapy. I would love to work with you towards goal setting for therapy to identify an Evidence-Based Curriculum and approach we can work through together. Some curriculums I am working out of and presenting issues include: Anger Management, Substance, Trauma, AFFIRM, Anxiety, Grief, Mindfulness, CBT, and Individual and Couples work. I typically work with individuals with a trauma history, anxiety, anger, depression, dealing with life transitions to include grief, discovering or being a part of the LGBTQIA+ community, open to growth and goal setting. I work towards setting a tone in the therapy room that is open-minded minded, relaxed so that we can work toward co-regulation.
