Sara Collins, LCSW, provides compassionate care to individuals, couples, and families struggling with a variety of mental health challenges. Serving clients ages 11 and older, Sara offers individual therapy, couples therapy, and support for substance abuse issues. With a focus on addiction, anxiety, and depression, Sara helps clients navigate their challenges with empathy and expertise. She is particularly passionate about working with veterans and first responders, offering specialized support for PTSD and trauma.

Additionally, Sara excels in addressing women’s issues such as postpartum depression and anxiety, as well as midlife transitions. Sara uses evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide her clients towards improved mental health.
