Everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and understood. The relationship I foster with my clients is most important when working together. I am a trauma, attachment, and addiction therapist passionate about helping individuals create a healthier sense of self and understanding. I work with emerging adults and adults who would like to alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression, resolve past trauma and attachment injuries, develop strategies to reduce substance misuse and abuse, manage executive function deficits from ADHD, and decrease codependent patterns and behaviors. I create a warm, compassionate space that encourages growth, self-awareness, insight, and change. During our time together, you will gain tools to integrate into your daily life to reduce anxiety or stressors and build a better connection and understanding of your emotional self and needs. It can be uncomfortable and anxiety-producing when coming to therapy for the first time. Whatever you are up against today, please know that things can improve; you are not alone. Working with you as you begin your healing journey of building self-compassion and overcoming the pain that holds you back would be a great pleasure. And know, you are worth it.
