About

Taking the first step toward healing can be daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you in reconnecting with yourself and finding your voice. I know how isolating it can feel to navigate trauma, whether it’s from narcissistic abuse, spiritual harm, or other overwhelming experiences. You deserve a space where your story is heard and your feelings are validated. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment to explore the stories, systems, and reactions that have shaped your life. I believe healing is possible from this approach for both individuals and couples.

I strive to hold a warm, calm, validating space for you to explore the difficult stories, systems, and reactions that cause pain. My therapeutic approach considers the body, mind, emotions, and spirit to work toward wholeheartedness and empowerment. I value creativity and genuine connection as we offer compassion to all parts of ourselves.

You are taking a courageous step in pursuing counseling. I believe you, I believe your story, and I look forward to meeting you.
