About

Ensuring that people feel seen, heard, and validated are key values in my life. I am passionate about working with women throughout the many life transitions that we face, in addition to serving as an empathetic partner to anyone going through major life adjustments. Helping to make those transition periods less lonely and more transformative is how I like to approach my time with clients. Having worked in elementary education and as a Professional Elementary School Counselor for almost a decade, I love working with children, parents and educators. View 4 Photos

Meeting clients where they are at and allowing them to lead is important to me in creating a safe space where you feel in control and comfortable. In creating this space, together we are able to start working outside of the box, and start doing the hard work. I enjoy incorporating creative arts in sessions when applicable.

I take the time to get to know what every person that I am working with would benefit from the most and develop a plan from there with their input. I offer a 15 minute free consultation via phone, video, or in person. I strongly believe that in order to get the most out of therapy, you have to have a connection to the therapist. This trust is crucial.
