Sania takes a non-judgmental, culturally humble stance with her clients to help facilitate a safe space to explore and work. Drawing from ACT, DBT, and mindfulness, she understands that every experience and client is unique, and tailors the approach to suit them. Sania’s goal is to help her clients gain greater self-awareness and tools for the journey, ultimately, increasing their personal satisfaction and wellbeing.

Sania has experience providing both short-term and long-term therapy. She specializes in working with people of color & immigrant populations. She has supported children, adolescents, adults, and couples that experience anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, life transitions, low self-esteem & relationship concerns.
