I will work with you in a warm, collaborative environment and together we will explore those areas that have kept you from feeling fulfilled, from believing in yourself or from relieving blocks that are keeping you from reaching your goals. I will help you to alleviate difficulties in your relationships or the pain caused by such issues as Depression, Anxiety, Phobias, Family Problems, eating disorders, trauma,or Divorce. I am an Approved Consultant and Certified in EMDR but I also use other modalities that suit each individual client's particular and unique issues. Additionally, I have spent many years working in the creative community which has given me further understanding of the challenges that exist in that environment as well.
