We are all in different seasons of life, and the best part about seasons is they only last for awhile. I have had the privilege of growing and learning through each season of my life, with the first part of my career in medical healthcare and for the last decade in mental health care. I believe that people are good and well intended. As humans living amongst other humans, we likely have experienced a traumatic event that keeps us feeling stuck or perhaps struck with anxiety, depression, and fear. EMDR is the greatest tool that I have to help my clients. I've seen remarkable changes in people through using this method, and it's applicable to most issues that people come to therapy for. To learn more, go to www.emdria.org. I also love using, mindfulness, expressive arts and sand-tray interventions in my practice. I’m excited to get back to what I most enjoy and that is joining humans in their healing process. As an EMDR therapist, I invite you to begin your healing process. I would love to join you in your journey of healing and my hope for you is during our time together you will learn just how capable and worthy you truly are.
