I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor. I have specialized in helping clients with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, chronic pain and suffering, sexual trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, as well as have extensive experience working with men’s issues. My focus is working with adolescents, adults, couples.

I am a passionate, accepting and warm therapist who loves to laugh. My clients often say they love that I am “real”. My goal is to help you the find your way back to a life worth living by providing the tools and coping skills needed to want to live, despite it's difficulties, in a safe, non-judgmental space that fosters trust, change and healing.
