I believe in restoring hope for individuals and families. My clients have needed support for relationship issues, ADHD, autism spectrum, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. One of the most important elements in getting the help you need is finding the right therapist with experience and knowledge. By building trust with my clients, they feel understood and supported. Learning new ways to handle challenges can bring healing and comfort in times of distress. If you or your loved one shows signs or symptoms of a mental health concern, there is hope. Please seek help from a trained professional who has clinical experience. My training includes diagnostic testing for ADHD, autism spectrum, and learning differences. I specialize in helping my clients find new ways of understanding their struggles so they can foster healthier ways to resolve their concerns. Together we identify patterns or themes in their life and we identify other options that lead to change or acceptance. It can be difficult to get started in a new direction. But no one should go through life's challenges alone. You or your loved one can find new ways to handle life's struggles. For your convenience, we are open afterschool, evenings, and Saturdays. There are also online TeleHealth options available. We are located in Stone Oak and Boerne!
