Neuropsychological evaluations can be helpful at any age. If you are struggling with your thinking abilities (attention, memory, or executive functioning), you may benefit from diagnostic clarity (is it ADHD? do I have dementia?). Testing can identify a pattern of cognitive strengths and weaknesses and help guide in treatment planning. In addition to evaluations, I am also passionate about making sure my clients receive the care they need after they receive a diagnosis. I provide evidence-based treatments for ADHD using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to help improve sleep/insomnia, (CBT-I) and teach strategies to compensate for their cognitive weaknesses (cognitive rehabilitation). I have experience providing both assessment and treatment services through Telehealth and would be happy to schedule a brief consultation and see if working together is a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you!
