I utilize a systemic approach that views the interconnectedness of individuals within their larger family, relationships, and social contexts. I am a versatile therapist and am passionate about working with couples, families, parent-child subsystems, siblings, children, young adults, and adults. My approach is client-led and I place importance on the therapeutic environment and relationship. I strive to provide an environment that is nonjudgmental, empowering, compassionate, explorative, and enjoyable.
I believe this environment to be important to foster and instill relational trust and safety, which lead to better therapeutic outcomes, and desired change.
