I help individuals and couples who are feeling stuck, worried, or unsure of things as they hope for better in the future. You can experience more fulfillment in your life and relationships! I’m here to support you. I’m the type of therapist who knows it can be so hard to ask for help–we might feel embarrassed or like we should be able to figure things out on our own. It doesn’t need to be this way! My approach to therapy is through a liberation and social justice lens. I believe in acknowledging the dynamics of oppression, the impact of power, and intersecting identities that impact the well-being of BIPOC mental health. My role as your therapist is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you on your journey. I will hold space for you by creating a safe and brave environment.
