One of the most helpful tools I offer clients is mindfulness, which helps empower you to find presence and truly achieve what you set out to do - from losing weight or quitting smoking to changing old thought patterns that contribute to your present experience of depression or anxiety. Mindfulness can be the keystone of actionable, sustainable change. I find it's most effective with my clients to focus less on diagnosis and illness and more on overall wellness, which is rooted in my background in positive psychology.
