About

Now accepting new clients! Do you often feel overwhelmed? Do you struggle to make time for yourself or to feel seen? Reaching out for support can be hard. Being vulnerable and showing up for ourselves takes courage. Whether you're here because someone suggested you try therapy, you've been previously successful in therapy or you're somewhere in between, I'm ready to listen. I'm here to support and challenge you to do the hard things. And I am here to help and guide clients on their journey of emotional healing and self-growth.

I am currently working with clients ages 18 and up. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions and/or needing trauma-informed care. My approach is unique to each client’s needs, understanding where you are now and walking with you to where you want to be.

My goal is to provide a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space for clients. I recognize it can be a big decision to start therapy. I encourage you to reach out to discuss beginning your journey. I have openings for video or in-person sessions available now.
